ARID encourages and embraces diversity among all of our participants and partners. We do this through regionally impactful research and education, community engagement, local to global community building, and continual examination and refinement of our recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, and participant code-of-conduct procedures. Our programs are enriched by a broad range of approaches and contributions. From these, we all cultivate new capabilities and, collectively, make possible our best and most accessible scientific advances, outreach engagements, and educational experiences.
