Spring 2025 ARID Cafe Career Panel

Each semester, ARID hosts a panel of professionals in resilience-related jobs to talk to students about their career journey, their advice to students, and to share information about any student opportunities. This semester's ARID Cafe was held the evening of April 23, 2025, with the following amazing panelists:
- Kyle Harwood, Partner, Harwood Piermont Attorneys at Law (New Mexico land and water lawyer)
- Alissa Healy, Principal Cultural Resources Team Lead, SWCA Environmental Consultants
- Phillip King, Climate Action Plan Coordinator, Climate Policy Bureau, NM Energy Conservation and Management
- Alice Main, Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Manager, City of Albuquerque
- Crystal Medina, Collaboration Program Manager, New Mexico Forest and Watershed Restoration Institute
- Stephanie Mladinich, Climate Adaptation Specialist, South Central Climate Adaptation Science Center
